Born in Seoul and raised in New England, I bring a bold, globally inspired approach to food as a Korean adoptee and avid traveler. My culinary journey spans co-founding and launching Anju Noodle Bar and Son-Mat Foods, a funky fermented foods and kimchi company in southern Maine, to opening Mr. Kim’s in New Hampshire. Along the way, I honed my craft under James Beard Award-winning chef Tony Messina at Uni in Boston.
From pop-ups in Denver to collaborations in Los Angeles and NYC, I’ve brought vibrant, fun, and unforgettable dining experiences to the table—always with a focus on connecting people through flavor.
